Bellafill Penile Enhancement After Hyaluronic Acid

Introductory Summary

In this video, Dr. Sullivan from GetMoreGirth demonstrates how Bellafill can be used for penile enhancement in patients who have previously had hyaluronic acid (HA) filler. The case highlights how residual HA can create minor fullness in the flaccid state, which smooths out when erect. Dr. Sullivan explains why this is common, why it does not usually require correction, and how options such as additional filler or dissolving HA are available if desired. He also addresses the controversy over whether HA must be dissolved before Bellafill, emphasizing that HA naturally exists in the skin and provides a supportive foundation. This video helps patients better understand expectations, options, and the natural outcomes possible with Bellafill augmentation.

Bellafil-Enhancement-Augmentation

Hi, this is Dr. Sulliva at GetMoreGirth. I’m here with a gentleman who’s going to do some Bellafill. I think that his case is really going to help us understand a few things about doing an augmentation.

So the first thing I want to show you, he’s had hyaluronic acid done prior to coming to see me. He has a little fullness here at the end, if you see this, but as you can imagine, when he becomes erect, it tends to smooth out. And so that’s a very common issue.

Sometimes the hyaluronic acid comes here and it will make it look a little heavy when it’s not erect, when it’s flaccid, but then when it becomes erect, it looks much more natural. And I think that you just need to be aware that sometimes that can happen, but that is correctable. One, many patients find this perfectly acceptable.

But if for any reason you don’t like that, we can add a little more filler here, or we can even dissolve a little bit of the hyaluronic acid. Now, this particular patient has elected to do Bellafill after the hyaluronic acid. I know there’s a little controversy about whether or not you need to HA.

But remember, HA is naturally in your skin anyway. So we’re really just putting the Bellafill into something that’s naturally there. I think it’s a little silly to dissolve the HA because you’ve invested that money in the HA, it’s going to be there for a few years.
