No. Most men find that it is surprisingly pain-free. At GetMoreGirth we use a combination of a local block and topical anesthetic. Typically, the only discomfort comes from the two numbing injections before the procedure. After the procedure, most men require no pain medication.  Occasionally some men may take Tylenol or NSAIDs like ibuprofen for a few days post-procedure.
