Yes. This is very realistic. With 10-15 syringes in a single treatment, you can easily gain 0.5-0.75 inches of girth.

That is a very individual choice. Temporary fillers are great for first-time patients who may be nervous about the procedure. Permanent fillers are great for guys who are certain what they want or who have already had a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler and now want something permanent.

Yes, if possible, it is recommended to avoid aspirin, as well as ibuprofen, Aleve, and other NSAIDs for two weeks before your procedure. This helps reduce the risk of bruising during the treatment. Additionally, avoid alcohol for a couple of nights before the procedure for the same reason. However, if you are taking aspirin because you were prescribed it by a physician, we do not recommend stopping it until you have spoken to that physician to confirm that it is safe to do so. Your enhancement can still be safely performed while you are on aspirin if you need to remain on it.

No, we do not. Although we are aware that this procedure is performed, we believe this misunderstands how Botox works. Botox relaxes and paralyzes muscle. Ligaments are not affected by Botox, so injecting into a ligament is a waste of perfectly good Botox. We believe that providers performing this are most likely injecting the dartos muscle—the muscle that causes penile retraction—and simply calling it a ligament injection. At Get More Girth, we do inject the dartos muscle to reduce penile retraction, but we do not inject the suspensory ligament, as a ligament is completely unaffected by Botox.

Injection above the circumcision scar is highly variable and depends on your anatomy. In some guys there is space just beneath the scar where filler can be injected. When that space exists, I can taper the filler closer to the glans and improve drop-off. In others the scar is tightly adherent and filler injected. So yes—some patients can have filler put under the circumcision scar, but Dr. Sullivan has to examine you in person to know if it is possible in each patients case.
